Presumably you've checked your broadband connection to the puck?
Check the speed being received by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.

That's highly likely to be the cause of your problems then.
Sky Stream needs a minimum speed of 25mbps to have any stability in HD. Any small fluctuation in speed caused by any other device on your network using some bandwidth will cause Sky Stream to have issues.

@Mister_Dalek just checked with sky they reckon you have just enough speed with sky stream and there is nothing wrong with your current speed limit I add 8 channels go down on me at the weekend freezing and stuck and please wait whilst we load programme that was ongoing issue loads of them but I don't seem to get that as much but it still gets in some how

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jonathanphillip As advised by @Mister_Dalek your broadband speeds are borderline and simply too low to be good enough for stream, over the last 3 days you raised various threads about Sky stream and at the end of the day the speed is your issue.
Sky actually recommend 25mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD.
