Billed for Sky Stream TV when I have no internet as Sky brodband is not connected yet

Been billed for Sky Stream (TV) which was ordered st the same time as Sky broadband when I moved to new address. Is there a quick way to query this?

@Nick651  I can give you the answer 

streaming tv is auto activated 21 days after delivery if not done beforehand even if there is no internet connection 

all you can do is call sky once broadband is available and ask about a credit for days without service

If you have broadband from another supplier at your address then you do know that Sky Stream will work with it don't you? 
You don't need to wait for Sky Broadband to become active to use a Stream puck - it works with any broadband supplier. You can even tether a puck to your phone's WiFi hotspot and use a 4G or 5G data signal if it's strong enough and you've got unlimited data.
