Being asked to return equipment I already returned
Hi I returned my sky equipment on the 1st of this month and I have my physical receipt from the post office and I also received an email on the 4th saying the equipment was with their courier and would be with them shortly. I've now received today a text and an email saying I haven't returned my sky puck and will be charged £38 if I don't return it but I've already sent it back. What can I do about this as I'm not going to pay for equipment they've already received back. Thanks 🙂

Re: Being asked to return equipment I already returned
This happens a lot unfortunately. The company who deal with Sky's hardware returns have a backlog of returned equipment and don't scan it all promptly, hence why you've received the automated text and email.
I'm afraid you'll need to call Sky to remedy this by providing the tracking details. You used to be able to get Sky employees to assist via this forum but they seem to have stopped doing that for some reason.

Good that you have your postal receipt.
We used to be able to escalate this on here to Sky, but unable to do so at the moment.
You can either call Sky or use the chat service by liking on the chat link at the top of the Sky help page in the link below.
