Bbc i player popping up on channel 101

Everytime I switch on sky stream to go channels i use the tv guide and suddenly bbc I player popping up every time I go to watch any channels on bbc 1 and you can't move Up or down on remote as it's stuck on bbc 101 is there away you can stop bbc I player popping up on tv channels

You may be accidentally pressing on the watch from start button which is why the iplayer is then loading.
