We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. Not Sky. You will need to provide more information for us to help. In what way exactly isn't it working? What is happening? What error messages are you seeing? What steps have you tried to resolve (such as a reboot)?
One you provide this detail the community will do it's best to assist.

The apps are loading as far as the menu screen then as soon as you select an item to watch it will buffer the the app will shut down and go back to the sky home screen. I have tried turning off the puck as well as resetting the router.
