Hi. Having turned off my Sky Puck for two weeks whilst on holiday, when started again most of the installed apps (e.g. ITVX, Channel 4) will not download and play selected programmes even after the preceding adverts have been displayed. I have already tried reseting the broadband router and the Puck but this has not cured the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
