Aky netflix and retaining my original netflix profiles

Ive just joiined sky and logged into netflix with my original email. How do i get my profiles from my original Netflix account?

Sounds like you haven't linked your Netflix account properly with Sky,  so you will still be billed by Netflix as well.

@Bob721  First off there is no such thing as Sky Netflix, there is just Netflix.

 

Second if you're using your original netlix login and that has been connected to your Sky account for billing then any profiles should still be present when you open the netflix app on Stream.  Using Netflix | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
