After my subscription being cancelled I've have paid my bill in full to get it back on been 3 hours

Was your subscription cancelled or just suspended due to lack of payment? Typically a cancellation would occur if payment hasn't been received for a couple of months, whilst a restriction would be when a bill is overdue for a couple of weeks.
If your services were suspended and you paid the outstanding amount today, the payment wouldn't be processed until Tuesday, as no bank payments are processed over a weekend or bank holiday. Services won't be restored until the payment is processed and a new payment method has been setup on your account.
