Actuvation not working online. Cant actuvate my pucks
I am trying to activate my pucks but you're online system tells.me to call.

Hi @Goddard464
We are fellow customers on the forum. Not Sky customer service. When you call if you ignore the bit where it asks for a mobile number to send you a link, it should put you though to someone.
However what is the issue you are having exactly? Try logging in to my Sky (www.sky.com/MySky) and then once signed in try browsing to http://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate.
Here it should be a case of entering the number you see on screen.

@Goddard464. You must be signed into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky If not sign in before entering your activation code.
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
