About a month ago I had a moan. I have been charged for a film that I was told was free .

I want an answer to my moan about a month ago and return of 13 odd that has been charged in error.

Was this a Sky Store purchase that you're wanting a refund on? Sky Store has a policy of all purchases are final, so you probably need to raise a formal complaint if you are unhappy with that and you can read how to do so here https://www.skystore.com/n/hcom/help/faq/complaints
