AD won’t turn off on my episode that’s never happened before

I am currently watching Geordie Shore on my Sky Stream. I have gone on an episode and all of a sudden the AD is playing ontop of the episode which has never happened before. 

In my settings, AD is turned off and on the actual episode I have pressed the 3 dots gone to AD and tried to turn it off but it won't let me so it is constantly stuck on which is making the episode unwatchable 😥

@Lucy+Jack It might just be a software glitch so try rebooting your puck.  Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.
