My puck only works after a reset (power off then on again)

Hi @Adrian67

So.when you press the button on the remote, it's not responding? What happens if you press the button underneath the puck?

It might be worth un-pairing and re-pairing your remote if it's working using the button underneath. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

The other thing to try is turn Networked Standby Mode ON and overnight power saving OFF in the startup and standby section of the settings.
