55 inch tcl fire tv puck wont control volume

I have a sky stream puck it says when I try to pair with tv to control power off or volume go through 1 to 10 and press volume if it works press yes if not press no we'll no luck then it says look through tv list I type in TCL try volume again and still no luck then it says use original remote for tv so annoying any one got any ideas how the sky puck remote can control my tv volume it's a 55 INCH smart fire tv

Hi @Lee8988  that would suggest your TV isn't yet on the list that sky have codes for to work with the sky stream remote. Until they do all you can do is keep trying every few weeks.
