purchased wicked for good- on my sky store app not my box?

I had pre ordered wicked for good amd its appeared on my app butcannot link it to my box and cannot get it across to my box at all?

Is that a rental @ELK76 or a buy and keep ?

 

buy and keep should give you a "send to box" option from the online store. 

Rentals don't have that option
