I purchased the films smile but I fortunately I have purchased in udh and cannot watch it as my tv isn't uhd, can this be changed to hd? It doesn't let me change it as just says click to watch but I can't

Hi @Kimmy83 If you have downloaded the UHD version you need to delete it completely. This includes deleing it from the deleted section. As long as you haven't tried to play it (even for a second) you won't be charged. Once you have removed the UHD version it should let you download the HD version.

If you have done a buy and keep then you need to contact the Skystore team to explain and ask for a refund- as you will be charged for it even if you don't watch it.
