movies can play movie i have purchased

hi

have purchased  a movie and can view on my phone through the sky app...but can't view it through the t.v...why is this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If it is a rented film then you can only view it online and not via your Sky box. If it is a Buy and Keep film you should have the option to send it to your Sky box.
