i preordered SMILE and my sky glass won’t let me watch

ive ore ordered smile my sky glass says digital so how do i watch it

Hi @tlr79 

 

If you use voice control to say "open sky store" to see the Skystore app - does it open ok ?

 

Do you see Smile in your purchases ? It certainly looks to be out and available 

 

You can try saying - "play Smile"

 

What's happening when you try ?
