films are not playing on the tv

rented a film via my lg tv and it will not play, just showing the spinning ring.  I have turnd tv off then back on, logged out of sky store logged back in.  Still not working for any films

What film was it, was it a Sky Store Premier one ?

Is the Sky Store app up to date on your TV ?
