Hi @FrancescaD

You are chatting to other customer here on this forum - not to Sky customer support

If you are talking about a rental of a movie that you bought on your Sky box and importantly you didn't view any of it - then you won't be charged. The trigger for charging is when you press play and watched even 1 second

if you didn't get that far you won't be charged- but if it part downloaded and you viewed a tiny part then you will

If you aren't certain then you can live chat from 11am with the Skystore team

hope that helps

@FrancescaD

As @mike+simmonds has said if you rented this film via your Sky box then you must have started the film or you would not have been charged. Either that or you rented it online where you are charged no matter if you have viewed it or not. So get in touch with Sky Store support for help with this.
