can’t contact sky store advisor

i ordered a sky store film last night in error i've been on chat for over an hour last night to try and rectify also back on chat this morning with no response

Unfortunately the Skystore support chat is only open 11am to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday

If you are free to try, when I've needed that team I've found a good plan is to log on at about 10.59am (Monday) and I seem to get through within a minute or so
