Your session has expired as you have been offline for 0 days

I can't use the films I have downloaded in my sky store as I keep seeing the above message. I've read through all of the other articles on here about this same topic and non of the fixes given help. Any other ideas please? I'm getting on a plane tomorrow so wanted to watch these as I have done previously. Thanks

So just for feedback, the live chat was very helpful. They basically said I had to archive/delete the films and re-download them. I have just done that with one and it's now working fine, so will attempt it with the others

Are you seeing this error on all downloads or just the one, if just the one try deleting it and seeing if you can download it again.

Hi, I'm seeing the message for all of the downloads on any device. Tried iPad and phone, and get the same message for every download.

@Funkyjim

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

This is happening to me, delted the app and re downloaded. It then worked for 1 episode of my programme. Then again this morning it's back to this. It's not the end of the world to re downloaded as I on an unlimited plan but Not really good enough from sky
