I'm having same problem on my old iPad I'm using iOS 9.3.5

I had to just get a new iPad as mine didn't work after, sky told me they have to work on ios10 and above. Which the old iPads can't 😭

Hello Maximus2, I'm having the same problem trying to open Sky Go on my recently purchased iPad 3rd gen. I also have an iPad 2nd gen. that works fine, so I'm thinking that Sky have a particular problem with the 3rd gen. Did you have any success with yours?
