We recently rented the eras tour on sky , ready to watch in the evening after the children had gone to bed. Then as seems to be an issue a lot our sky stream remote just gave up and stoped working! I tried all the tips and advice on sky help and on here but nothing worked so we ordered a replacement, which has arrived today and I've just realised this means our time to watch our rental has run and we never got to watch due to the broken remote meaning our sky stream was not usable! If I give sky a ring would I get a refund ? Or even just another 48 hours to watch ?
bit miffed to of spent £16 for nothing and to add insult to injury we've only been sky customers for a week! Not a very good introduction to the company 🙄
