I purchased Curb your Enthusiasm box set 1-12 through SkyStore.com on my iPhone, selected 'send to box' several times, but it has not appeared on my SkyQ boxes...I've checked the devices/account/recordings etc and still no sign. Any ideas?

All my other purchases are there in the recordings section on the SkyQ box (they are all movies purchased via the SkyQ box) - it's just this one that isn't...
