Why can’t I see my purchase on SkyQ box?

I purchased Curb your Enthusiasm box set 1-12 through SkyStore.com on my iPhone, selected 'send to box' several times, but it has not appeared on my SkyQ boxes...I've checked the devices/account/recordings etc and still no sign. Any ideas?

It should be in recordings > purchases so does it all with your other purchases show up via your online account ?

All my other purchases are there in the recordings section on the SkyQ box (they are all movies purchased via the SkyQ box) - it's just this one that isn't...
