Why can’t I purchase a film. It says my account is not set up to purchase when I’ve done so in past

I've bought films before but now it won't let me. Why?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Did Sky sort this for you or did you do something yourself please? I'm having the same problem

The only way to get this sorted will be to get in touch as they will need to set up your account so you can access the Sky Store. You can use the live chat tomorrow as they will be able to sort this out for you.
