Where you billed at the time? You would need to look through your previous bills to see if the charges were applied at the time, although there can be a delay between buying/renting a film and the charge actually showing.

These were not Sky Store films just a couple of films I recorded to watch at a later date. It says I can watch any 2 for £7 ??? This has been since the recordings tab has had the new layout. Just a glitch maybe 🤔 (I'm on the full package).

Which movies are these ? Do you remember which channels they were on when you recorded them ?
Did you record them live or were they on catch-up at the time ?

That sounds like a Sky Store promotion for me as all other films would be accessible via the Sky Cinema package which are not chargeable as they are part of the Movies package. It sounds like you downloaded them and didn't record them so as @mike+simmonds has said what are the titles of these films ?

Hi, just to clarify, the films in question are the Harry Potter films. I RECORDED them in December 2019 and have watched them several times (who doesn't like a good HP film when there's nothing else to watch 😂) with no problems. This seems to have changed since the layout changed in the last few days. I wouldn't mind if Sky had the decency to inform me that this was going to happen... they just seem to keep trying to make more and more money from their loyal customers 😒. I already pay over £120 a month to Sky for my TV and broadband !

One possibility is that at some point your hard drive was nearly full at which time your oldest recordings are automatically deleted to make space for new recordings
Some time ago I put forward an idea to Sky to reduce the chance of this happening
