When ordering a film on sky store i get an insifficient credit on viewing card message why is this.

Hi @Djw+biceps 

This is a fairly common message on the forum- it just means that you need to agree a limit with the Skystore team of what money amount of purchases you can arrange on your account 

it's just to stop a problem where people may not be used to Skystore and suddenly run up an unexpected bill

The Skystore team though aren't open now until 11am so it will have to wait till then 

If it was a buy and keep movie - you could buy it on the app / online and then send it to your Sky box (not with a rental though)
