Mine also said this. An issue with pre order. I had to contact them to delete it and RE purchase it.

So you go on the skystore app, click on scream6 if you look on order details you can scroll down to get help. Then use the live chat to get them to cancel the preorder. Once they've cancelled it due to a payment error on preorders just buy it again and it will be there to play.
