I still haven't got access to scream 5, still classed as a pre-order with no option to buy. This is an absolute joke! I've literally been trying to get through on the live chat since the 21st and it's never been available! I will never pre-order a film again!
Can the person from sky who keeps commenting on this forum at least tell me what the hell I'm supposed to do. When I got an email back about this enquiry several days ago all it said was this would be available on the 30th but here we are still waiting.

Yes but I don't have the option to just purchase it again. Even if I look under the "New to buy" section, when clicking on the film it's still marked as a pre-order

All sorted! Had to contact sky so they could cancel the pre-order so then I could just go ahead and purchase the film normally.

Went into order tracking but only showing 3 films of all the ones I've ordered ! Won't let me cancel the preOrder to get scream??

@Stuey7219 if you contact them directly they will be able to cancel the pre-order at their end which means you will then be able to purchase it.

After all the fiasco of waiting for scream 5 to appear after purchase I eventually got it. Then 2 months later I switched to skyglass and scream5 is the only movie I have purchased that is missing from my purchase list.😆
