Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBought No Time to Die tonight and it was painfully slow (not the movie, the download 😉). 3% in 20 minutes. So I gave up on it and bought it on Amazon Prime instead which worked fine.
Anyone ever managed to get a refund out of Sky for a situation like this?

I think that only applies to rentals ordered via a Sky box.

I'm sure you only get charged when you start viewing the movie, not when you start downloading.

Ah okay, didn't realise it was buy and keep. Anyways it was probably cheaper via Amazon and better quality too as it'd have been proper HDR not HLG.

5 node wifi mesh. Closest one 3m from the skyQ box in the same room. -56dB signal strength.
Usually works fine but recently sky downloads have been slow at times.
Prime Video playback was absolutely fine and started instantly.
