We are trying to download No Time to Die and it has taken 55 mins to download 10%. Is there anything we can do to speed this up

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried pausing the download for a few minutes then unpausing it. If this doesn't fix it then it might be because either your broadband is slow or there are a *lot* of people trying to download this film at the same time.

Have been trying to download No Time To Die since 19:45. As of 21:12 it's downloaded 24%!! I have double and triple checked my internet connection and it's at 318Mbs.
This is ridiculous. Does anyone have a fix?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDon't forget @H0885 that your 48 hours of viewing time starts from when you first press play - so my suggestion would be to wait until it's fully downloaded before you start (just in case the download doesn't complete)

We have the same issue and have had to abandon watching the film the day we ordered it. . we are now going to run out of time to watch the film before the rental runs out. is there a way of getting this extended as we want to watch the film

The 48 hour clock doesn't start until you press play for the first time - so if it's not too late to suggest this - don't press play until the whole movie has downloaded
If you have pressed play already - best I can suggest is to livechat with the Skystore team

Unfortunately we didn't realise it was not downloading and started to watch
only managed to get as far as credits before we caught up with download. So our time is up tomorrow evening

Don't bother i rented it on amazon prime and it is not up to the usual bond movies ...too many car chases and gun fights and as for the ending.....very disappointing !!!
