Want to put credit on my viewing card to download

Trying to download a movie and an error message comes up to say not enough credit on my viewing card, how do I fix this ?

@Rossi30A strange message, I don't believe that the viewing card stores it. How do you pay if it is by Direct Debit then Sky takes payment from that.
