Voucher for film - not showing

Used a Cadbury free film download - used my phone on the Sky app. Not showing on my sky box?

Did you get a rented film or a Buy and Keep one because if it was the former you can only view it on your phone I'm afraid. The ony way around this is if you have Chromecase or an LG TV with the inbuilt Sky Store app that you can use.

Thank you - I had a moan at Sky as this is a bit rubbish and they've agreeed to refund if I download again.

I've learnt now about this - thank you. I unknowingly downloaded it as a rental only not knowing at the time that it would not play on my Sky box. Seems like another Sky rip off to me. Thanks anyway.
