Used an online voucher for a rental. Is not showing on the sky Q box. Can I only watch it online?

Used a movie deal voucher on line.  Can I only watch the rented movie on line.  It isn't showing on the sky q box

That is correct, you can only watch the movie online and not via your Sky Q box, only Buy and Keep films can be watched both online and via your box.

 

If you have something like Chromecast from Google then you can cast online to your TV.

Hi @Xzy123 

 

As well as the suggestions from @caesarome if  by chance, you have a recent LG TV you can download Skystore on there and view on your TV

 

Also a PC or laptop with an HDMI output should  work - as would certain TVs with built in Chromecast eg Recent Sony or JVC
