Unable to sign Up to Sky Store - Access Denied - Technical Error

Hello, I hope someone can help. I wanted to rent or buy a movie available on Skystore. in order to rent or buy one must sign up and log in.  But I am unable to sign up to Sky Store due to an error that says  "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http: // skyid . sky . com / AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error . html"

There is also an error reference number quoted. I  restarted the PC and tried both Edge and Chrome browsers but it does not work.

I tried to call Customer services on a number I googled but this chat does not allow displaying numbers, (removed) However this number does not even ring, just cuts off before it answered. Who can help please? Thank you.

Are you using a VPN, if so try disabling it. 

Are you in the UK ?

Thank you.  I don't use a VPN tunnel. And yes I am located in the UK.

Is the Sky Go app on a device that is connected to your home Wifi, if so does a reboot of your broadband router fix this ?
