Unable to purchase film on 1 of 2 boxes
I have two Sky+ boxes. On one of them, I am unable to record/purchase a chargable item. On the other, I have no problem so its no issue with my account. I can download On Demaond if FOC, but nothing chargable. Any ideas?

@LaurenC1982 Sounds like the spend limit on the affected box needs resetting which requires a call to sky
