Unable to get skystore on LG tv, just a black screen? Please help

I am unable to get skystore on my LG tv no matter what I do. I understand there was a problem in April but it is now May 13th?

As far as we know the issue is ongoing as there have been other reports about this and the black screen.

not much help I know but from what we see on the forum this is still an issue for several but definitely not all LG/ Sky customers (mine works fine)

I've read that it's being looked into to by LG but I've not heard anything positive. 

I would suggest you contact LG to see if they are doing anything from their end. 

You could also gently push the Sky store support team also but they aren't open till 11am.

I notice there is a new LG firmware update available for some models. 

Might be worth checking to see if it's available for your TV and if it makes any difference
