Discussion topic: Unable to download no time to die from sky store

When attempting to download no time to die I get the message "because of technical issues your download couldn't be completed...

this happens when trying UHD, HD and SD.. I tried downloading other films and they work?

If a power off for 1 minute (at the mains plug) doesn't help, the best suggestion I think will be a live chat with the Skystore team here
