Hi 

just purchased a nee MacBook. Went to App Store to download sky store and sky store not there yet ah e on iPhone and tablet. Then tried to watch a film on safari using sky store and said not compatible

Can you try another browser other than Safari to see if an alternative one will work, Google Chrome or Firefox perhaps.

If you go to your Mac and then to

Skystore.com

login, then go to

my account 

then look for the Skystore app page 

you should see a link to the desktop app
