I've purchased ready player one in UHD Atmos on sky store but it downloads as HD non atmos. How do I solve this

If the same happens and the email you were sent does show that you did purchase the UHD version then I would get in touch with Sky Store support about this. They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Hi already tried that, but checked my email and although I went through sky store ultra hd when I purchased my email says HD I'll try talk to someone tomorrow
