Trying to purchase a movie on Sky Store but saying my allowance is exceeded!?!
I'm trying to purchase a movie on Sky Store but says my allowance is exceeded. I've never purchased anything before!?!

What might have happened is that your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases so the credit limit (to prevent ovder spending) is set to £0.
I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
