Hi, I paid for items on Sky Store when registered under a different account years ago.
Can my Skystore purchases be transferred to our new account details, as we are back with Sky , but registered with a different email address.
We had no choice but to do this, as we had problems placing an order under old email address originally used with the Sky Store purchases on.
We've paid for them so can't see a reason why not, but cn't find an answer on internet or here .
Any helps would be gratefully received as we have films etc we'd like to watch again but on our new account 🙂
