Technical fault when trying to download a movie

I have tried to download a movie and I keep getting a technical issue and I now cannot find sky VIP in sky store on my tv

Sky Glass TVs and LG's TVs are the only TVs that support the Sky Store app🤔

I don't know what you mean I had the sky VIP button but now it's gone and when I press download on the movie it says there is a technical fault please try later and I have been trying for weeks. I have emailed sky but they have not responded
