Technical fault trying to download a film

Hi

Im trying to purchase and download a film from the Sky Store and it is saying due to a technical fault unable to download try again later.

We have turned the box off and tried numerous times and still not working!

I'm trying to download on sky cinema but says failed. See if you can if not then must be a sky problem
