I preordered the super Mario bros movie which was released 22/5/23, I don't have the option to start playing the movie, the only information I have on screen is the preorder arrangement and synopsis. What's wrong?

Best thing I can suggest is that you livechat with the Skystore team

and ask them to resolve it. Probably they will suggest cancelling your pre order and just re purchase - but see what they say

How do you cancel an order as I'm trying to play it but it will only play in uhd and we only have hd

Delete the UHD version then delete it again from the deleted section. Now you can order the HD version as you will not be charged for the UHD one,
