Subtitles purchase film off sky store no subtitles frustrated as proundfally deaf need subtitles

Got movies off sky store no subtitles as I'm deaf need subtitles to be able understand film , hhty need to sorted it out please

There is another thread about subtitles which lists those buy and keep movies on Sky with subtitles 

Sky is getting. a bit better with subtitles but still not as good as some other platforms

Thanks for that but I thibk sky need really sort that out as moat deaf people really do need subtitles as most people dnt use dvd anymore really so they need fix that for any new movies that released,.
