Skystore credit not being used for purchases

Why am i being charged to my sky account monthly direct debit when my skystore accoubt has £50 credit on it?

Morning @S111Cor 

 

Skystore credit is only used up when you spend it on Skystore online. 

If I have credit I want to use for a buy and keep movie - I buy it online and then select "send to box" once I've bought it and it's in my library in the app.  That then sends it to my Sky Q box

 

That doesn't work with rentals though. 


Sky customer since 1989.

If you purchased these titles via your Sky box then all you can do is to get in contact with Sky support to see if they can help regarding these charges.

 

They  have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
