I have purchased several films from skystore.com via my iPad but they will not transfer to my Sky Q box - tried the restore movies, send to Q Box tried the suggestion to link sky store account but there is no tab for Find my TV!!. Oddly enough the 5 set Pirates of the Caribbean did appear briefly only to disappear again. The ones I have purchased through my Sky Q box do appear on the sky store.com list. Any ideas? Really annoyed as I bought one yesterday to watch in the afternoon with friends then ended up having to buy it on Prime again so we could watch it.

Hi @Deco+diva
There are a few things you can try
First and maybe most obvious - check you are using the same Sky ID (email address) for both devices. 
Then -,on your Sky Q box, search manually for the exact same movie that you can see on your IPad (same format / same version)
If everything has linked ok you should see that as "purchased - select to watch" and not with a charge to select it
then that movie should soon appear in your Sky Q -menu under Recordings / Purchases
An alternative thing to try - when you see the movie in your IPad Skystore menu - do you not see a "send to box" option ?
oh - are your IPad and Sky Q box on the same WiFi ?

Were these purchses and not rentals ?
If rentals, then I believe these are different and you can't watch on a box if ordered via a device

One other thing to check is if you online Sky Store account is linked to your Sky Q account:
1) Log into SkyStore.com
2) Go to your 'My Account' section
3) Go down to 'My Sky Account' and to the right of this follow the link for 'Link my account'
4) Input the correct details to correspond with your Sky TV account
If there is no link my account then it probably is already linked.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Thank you for your suggestion - there is no link account so I assume that I linked it a long time ago (can't remember). Have e-mailed Sky with the problem now, hopefully they will come back to me - I do not have the "mental strength" to listen to Sky's bot again let alone my stress levels when it hangs up on me!!
