Skystore advising max device number reached despite being the same device last used

Sky store will not play stating max number of devices used despite trying to use the last device used, and not adding any devices

One thing you could try is to delete the registration for the device in question to see if it will then let you use it.

App already not allowing any changes until December 1st so that's not going to work.

 

Havi g spoken to sky technical team the issue is with the app/ desktop version

I also have this problem despite only ever dowloading to and watching on one desktop computer. I deleted a few of these 'ghost devices' last time and it worked but now only one device is showing and it still says I have to wait until 1st December to add another. So can I only rent 4 movies a month?
