Sky welcome movie

Hello Sky Team,

I have been using the MySky app when it said I could claim a free welcome movie via the skystore website. 
I logged on and when deciding between two movies (the polar express and grease) they both showed up at £0.00 to purchase. I left the safari page briefly and when I returned the movies were full price and there was no where to claim the welcome movie via the skystore, the extra entrainment box on the MySky app had disappeared and I only had the email to confirm however after following all of the instructions it still isn't available. 
Please can you help me with this?
